Returns

Any unopened, unused and unwashed products in resaleable condition may be returned for a refund of the purchase price of the returned items, not including shipping within 30 days from when it was received. If product is received back in used/worn condition, a credit will not be given and the item will be returned to the customer. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction within logical boundaries.

*Some items do not qualify for the ability to be returned (ex: Rash Guards). These items will be clearly marked in their product descriptions.

If you receive your order and find that the product is damaged, we must be informed within 48 hours. We will respond by email to your RMA request within 24 business hours.

Once a RMA number is issued, we must receive the product back within 15 days from the date created.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.  Please ensure that you choose a shipping method that uses a tracking number.  If the item is lost during transit back to us, we are not responsible.  The RMA number needs to be visible on the package so that it can be received by the correct department.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY PRODUCT BACK WITHOUT A RMA. WE HAVE MULTIPLE WAREHOUSES AND CAN'T BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCTS SHIPPED BACK TO US WITHOUT A PROPER RMA NUMBER.  IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED TO US WITHOUT A PROPER RMA NUMBER IT MAY BE DELAYED, RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER OR EVEN LOST DUE TO SORTING ERROR.
